Innovate through Empathy
Imagine giving your team a chance to experience firsthand the pains your customers feel. Do you think this will help your team produce more, better innovations?
Step 1: Discovery
Successful companies understand what and for whom they're really innovating. Insight2's process begins by giving clients an empathic perspective of their customers. We accomplish this by going out into the world of the customer, asking questions and gathering stories. Once we have a complete picture, we isolate the most important themes, issues, and pains. These are then presented back to our clients' teams in the form of compelling edited videos and hands-on experiences that simulate real life. By the end of this step, our clients have a real connection with their customers and sense of direction.
Step 2: Strategy
Even the best ideas need a solid, big-picture framework in order to achieve their potential. During this step, Insight2 works with our clients' executive or management teams to develop an innovation strategy based on the real-life problems of the customer. The customer is a key cog in a strategic framework that can enable product development, marketing, and sales to become a unified machine.
Step 3: Innovation
Without ideas, there is no innovation. This step gathers our client's development teams together to create high-potential new ideas and concepts that drive the innovation strategy forward. Each idea is vetted based on its feasibility and how well it meets consumer needs. By the end of this step, our clients walk away with pipelines of prioritized concepts that fit into the big picture strategy.
