Philosophy of our Founder

"Our biggest problem at Insight2 is actually one of classification. We're not a pure research firm, nor a classic product development company. We say we're an innovation company, but that has many connotations as well. Simply put, we love to help our clients achieve success. We do so by immersing ourselves into the world of their consumers... to the point that we truly understand their market and the opportunities that lie within. There is little more satisfying to us than to work with a company who's product line has become tired (even to the point of commodity) and identify a new line of products that can literally change their basis of competition.

"We're a highly relational company. To that end, we do what it takes to ensure our clients' success. We don't nickel and dime our clients over the course of a project. In fact most times we go above and beyond what was proposed to make sure we get to the right solution. That's probably why over 90% of our clients have come back to us to do repeat projects; a fact in which we take great pride. On a personal level, having cut my teeth in the corporate world, I know what I liked and despised in an outside service provider. With each engagement my goal is to exceed expectations, challenge my clients to think in bold new ways and offer advice wherever I see opportunities. Along the way we have a lot of fun. I enjoy little more in life than laughing hard with a client in the course of transforming their business."
