Tom leads clients through the ideation and innovation process and is also responsible for developing strategies to expand new business opportunities.

He's also helping Insight2 branch out by directing leadership development seminars and assisting elite athletes in achieving peak performance.

Tom's previous work experience ranges from university professor to international sales manager to business consultant. His business excursions and speaking engagements have taken him to several countries around the word. In his spare time, he also recycles drill bits used by oil companies.
