He didn't just wake up and decide to start his own company though. Before venturing down the entrepreneurial path, Jerry spent 15 years in a variety of management positions with Whirlpool Corporation, successfully leading large domestic and international product development teams. Past projects have included work in Europe, Brazil, China, Singapore and India.

Jerry is an often-requested speaker on new product development, has hosted a weekly radio show on Business America Radio and is featured in the best-selling business book entitled "The Disney Way." Jerry holds an MBA from Ashland University and BSIE degree from Purdue University.
