Jerry McColgin - Insight2 Founder

He spent 15 years working at Whirlpool where he served in many roles, including Director of Global Product Development. It was during his tenure there that he realized how much he hated working with product innovation consultants. They rarely built on the existing strengths of their clients and the finished ideas may or may not have been designed with the customer in mind. It was through these frustrations that Insight2 was born.

Jerry has degrees from Purdue and Ashland Universities and has served as President of Insight2 since its inception. He also founded and serves as president for the Greater Indy Innovation Roundtable. Outside of the professional realm, Jerry has been married for over 25 years and has four kids and an English bulldog. Check out Jerry’s personal blog!
